Gumboots, flannies and Akubras are go!!
UTas journalism students are at this year's Agfest reporting at the state's premier rural event.
With 700 exhibitors coming together for this 3 day ag-travaganza, Agfest has something for everyone.
Recognised as one of the top 3 field day events in Australia, Agfest is in its 34th year and provides the Tasmanian economy with millions of dollars.
The event is run by by Rural Youth Tasmania with volunteers aged 15 to 30-years.
UTas journalism students in the newsroom get hands-on experience as they get the dirt on Agfest.
So come along to Agfest on the to find out what this rural event Is all about.
