During his term Mr Rand hopes to “work towards implementing the new safety strategy outlined by last year’s committee which includes further engagement with an external provider in addition to our own to ensure the safety of all people involved at Agfest whether that be patrons, exhibitors or volunteers.” and is “Looking forward to another good year, a good crowd, and topping the numbers from last year. I also wish to help ensure we all stay positive and work collaboratively together and supporting each other and making suggestions where needed and then we will all be able to achieve the common goals we have set out to achieve.”
