Orion offering all-polymer, no stress at Agfest 2021

After eight years of coming to Agfest, Orion’s head of Marketing, Dale Cox has noticed that consumers are savvier than ever – wanting to see and learn about the products, rather than just bargain hunting.

“They want to talk to people and see what kind of company we are.”

Orion are a trusted leader in providing quality polymer products to consumers around Australia.

The demand for Orion’s products is coming from the rural sector. This includes new builds requiring water tanks, and livestock feeding units for sheep, beef and dairy farms.

Orion Australia are displaying a range of new products at Agfest 2021, including an all-polymer feeder, the first of its kind in Australia.

Feeders are traditionally made from 40 different steel components screwed together. This design is prone to stress and breakage from cattle banging into them, and when they’re broken water leaks onto the feed.

Orion’s all-polymer models are a one-piece moulding, Mr Cox explains, “cattle can lean up against it, but it’s not going to break the seams.”

The feeders also have the advantage of being slightly translucent to enable monitoring of feed levels.

One of many new products available from Orion servicing the needs of consumers, Dale and the Orion team are happy to chat and help anyone who stops by their stall down seventh avenue along the main street at Agfest about all your needs.
