When is the event?

Agfest 2024 is on in the Paddock 2 – 4 May.

Agfest has been proudly organised by Rural Youth Tasmania since 1983. Rural Youth Tasmania, a non-profit organisation whose members are aged between 15 and 30 years of age. The Agfest Committee is made up of volunteer positions, filled with approximately 50 Rural Youth Members and are supported by a team of five staff.

The event is held at Quercus Park, 415 Oaks Road, Carrick, Tasmania. Quercus Park is owned by Rural Youth Tasmania and can be hired for other events throughout the year such as weddings, product launches, machinery and equipment training, equestrian events just to name a few. Overnight stays are not permitted within the property. Please see the accommodation links for alternate solutions.

No pets allowed except for trained service animals

We have disabled parking available in all patron car parks, please ensure your approved permit is displayed as you enter the car park and our car park attendants will direct you to the designated parking area.

No, the multi day pass has been discontinued.

Only for the elderly, Seniors Card and Age Pension Cardholders,which purchased online saving $5 per ticket. Card must be shown on entry.

Support person accompanying a Person with a disability presenting a Companion Card is free entry. See admission for more information.

The car park opens at 6:00am, Entry gates open 8:00am. The event closes at 4pm daily.

There will be a parcel pick up service. Please check with individual exhibitors at time of purchase.

Rotorlift Aviation will again be running a scenic flight service at this years event. Visit site at S02 on South Street for flight costs and further details.
