Aftercare: The future of the machinery industry
Onetrak director Davil Hazell believes aftercare is the future of repeat business in the machinery industry.
Onetrak is returning to Agfest for the 18th year running, bringing service and consumer connection to the forefront.
Director of Onetrak David Hazell is a strong believer in sales aftercare, saying that “If you do that part right, you’ve got repeat business.”
David says Onetrak reinvest heavily in after-sale care and services of both their own products and other brands.
