UTAS were set to impress with their Agfest tent this year, and impress they did, winning a 2019 Site Award.
“We were the winner of the Most Accessible Site. The criteria for that included street appeal, visual appeal, first impressions and effective use of space” Says Melissa Holman, the Executive Officer for the Rural Health Multidisciplinary Training Program.
“We are very proud. Every year we try to make the UTAS tent better than it was the previous year and we did that this year”.
The UTAS tent featured the opportunity to try new virtual reality equipment, make your own body crème and even get your blood pressure tested by UTAS medical students.
