‘Life Without Barriers’ on display at Agfest

Foster carers are in high demand and Life Without Barriers are making it easier for anyone who wants to change a child’s life to do so.

With various types of foster care, such as short break or respite care, the opportunity to become a foster parent is accessible to everyone.

“Foster carers are always needed, particularly in rural areas, right across Tasmania” said representative Angela Bain. “We are always looking for foster carers in the area, so we are hoping to encourage people to come to the stall”.

The Life Without Barriers Agfest stall also features artworks individually crafted by disability participants at Rocherlea.

The stall has fridge magnets for those who ask about becoming a foster carer.
