Tasmanian Truffles: Your next pantry staple

Truffles of Tasmania want you to know that truffles are not just for high-end chefs– they are for everyone to try and use in their own kitchen.

“We want our customers to try truffles, and we want them more available in the marketplace” says Louisa Anderson, owner of Truffles of Tasmania.

Truffles of Tasmania are excited to be at their very first Agfest this year.

Truffles of Tasmania have recently undergone a rebrand and are under new management. It's exciting to give everyone at Agfest the chance to try their products.

“It’s been excellent to have people come in and try our truffles and experiment with something they haven’t tried before.”

“People have been really open to trying new things which is great to see.”

Their truffle farm is the largest in Tassie and located just outside of Deloraine at Needles.

“Our farms have 22,000 trees set over 200 acres and a farm shop that’s open 7 days overlooking the western tiers”

Truffles of Tasmania’s most popular product is their truffle salt.

Truffle salt, freeze-dried truffles, truffle oil, and many other products are available to sample in the Truffles of Tasmania tent.

Try and take home your own Tassie truffles at site 919, Ninth Ave.
